I began my love of dogs as a very small child, falling for my Aunts GSP's. Our family dogs were a Maltese and a Std. Schnauzer, plus the neighbours GSD. When my husband and I purchased our first home along came my first dog, an Akita. Star was my foundation bitch for Tenrousei Akitas in Australia. My husband then got work in the USA and I brought her daughter Tera with us. We lost her 1 year into our stay in the US.

By some luck we fell in love with a little blue Aussie, Loki, from Tri-Ivory. Not too much later, along came Strider, another Tri-Ivory dog who became our foundation male here at IvoryIsle. Minnie, a Windfall bitch arrived in 2005 to become our foundation bitch thank you to Patty and Jim Wirries for this awesome addition to our kennel.

We have been very fortunate to meet some wonderful mentors. Special thanks to Sheila and Jim Polk (Tri-Ivory) who have been wonderful and supportive in helping me learn grooming, showing and training of my wild gang. Thank you Jim for some very special memories.
